How to up our vibration!

The planet is going through a huge vibrational shift and those that don't shift with it, will end up suffering more.
So, day-to-day ways in which we can up our vibration:
Recycle. Recycle. Recycle.
Save energy. Gas, electricity, heating. Do you really need your home at 21°C, 365 days a year?
Save water. Turn your taps off. Be practical, efficient.
Cook more. Less take out. Less processed foods. Focus more on produce and ingredients grown locally. As and when you can. We don't all have the same amount of money. Do what's best for you, what feels right. Strive for organic food. Less chemicals and antibiotics, which themselves consumed so much energy and emitted so much pollution to be made, packaged, shipped.
Don't buy so many clothes. Really. Just stop. Place all your clothes in your bed. If the pile size embarasses you, then it's time for a re-evaluation of your $ priorities.
Walk more. Drive less. Yes, you can.
No more plastic. No more straws, tupperwares, useless packaging, plastic bags, water bottles. There is no excuse now. It's time to stop.
All these can help but if you don't find it in you to enjoy the process of connecting, through respecting your planet and home, it will always be a struggle and you will always be bitter. For me, gratitude is key for joy. Be grateful you have food, shelter, clothes, heating, transportation.
A body that works without you even knowing. A heart that maked you feel. Lungs to breathe. Skin to touch.
Be grateful for your soul. Be grateful to yourself.
